I wanted to give an update on my Keto journey. I’ve been doing this way of life for seven weeks now. It has been very challenging, but worth it. Keto is a definitely mind over matter and knowing you can do anything you put your mind to.
I had to retrain my mind and my body on what is healthy for me. I had to learn how to eat more healthy and what foods aren’t. Detox from sugar which is pretty much in everything that is processed.
I will share my results over the last seven weeks.
On May 17 I started keto and I weighed 200 pounds. I did not take my measurements at this time.
On May 30 Two weeks keto! I lost a told of 11 pounds since starting keto. My weight was 189!
On June 21 five weeks keto! I lost a told of 13 pounds and 9 inches off my body. I weight 187!
My current weight is 186 right now!
I plan on weighing myself again on the July 18th.
I will do another update!
