I’ve changed the way I eat and how I cook my food. My new lifestyle change call KETO. The KETO way of life IS NOT A DIET, I had when people use this word. When you choose to go full KETO, you have to have the mindset for change. A lot of people go KETO to lose weight and it does help you lose weight. But that’s not all it does! The Ketogenic diet is a way of eating that focus on strictly limiting carbohydrates. You want to eat whole foods that are high in fat.

I will keep yall updated on my journey to a better lifestyle. I have been keto since May 16, 2017 and I weighed 200 pounds. In 24 hours I lost 6 pounds, I know that this will not happen for everyone. I don’t plan on weighing myself until I hit one month of KETO. My weight today is 191 and I have been lost inches all over my body. My clothes fit better, jeans that were tight are now loose.

Another thing, I didn’t just jump right into the KETO way of life. I spent three months doing a lot of research on Ketogenic diet. I started slowly changing my way of eating.
WATER is very important I drink 6 bottles a day. I am never feeling tired or sleepy anymore. I feel awake and ready for anything.
One more thing supplements are important. I take a prenatal vitamin and magnesium glycinate and hydrolyzed collagen. Supplements are different for men and women, so do your own research.
